The Code Enforcement Department issued a total of 2,182 permits during the Fiscal Year 2001/2003 representing a total construction value of $38,119,828.00. Included in the total of permits issued and total construction value were permits for 141 residential units with a construction value of $172,232,718.00 and 7 commercial units with a construction value of $2,883,080.00

THE BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEAL (BCBA) WILL CONVENE ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH, AT A LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED, UPON RECEIPT OF AN APPLICATION FOR RELIEF.
