It is finally Springtime and Mother Nature is painting her portrait filled with daffodils, tulips, crocuses, and budding trees. The birds awaken us each morning filling the air with music!
As we embrace Spring, take a look at the many events and programs being held at Beechwood this month.
North Kingstown Senior Association begins the month with their annual Cookie Walk. Our friends will be baking homemade cookies for you to purchase on April 1, 2013 from 10:00am – 1:30pm in our dining area.
We will also be offering a six week Living Well RI Chronic Pain Management Program beginning Thursday April 18, 2013 from 1:00pm – 3:30pm. Also preregister for our upcoming Alzheimer’s Association “Getting Stated” Education Series which begins May 7th. Registration is limited so please call early for a seat.
There are trips, painting classes, arts and crafts, exercise programs, as well as many wellness programs that you can embrace this Spring. Come out from the Winter doldrums and join our staff and volunteers for some sunshine and fun at Beechwood.
Enjoy your age!
