The Town of North Kingstown has partnered with the credit card payment processing company Point and Pay so that our customers can pay by major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express), debit card or e-check. What is a Convenience Fee?

The convenience fee is the charge assessed by a credit card payment processing vender or company to accept and process a credit card payment for you, the customer, in payment of a billed charge or service which has been provided.

Materials Needed
Access to your account involves entering information from your statements. This helps ensure your privacy. Please have a copy of your most recent tax bills, water bills etc. handy before you proceed.

NOTE: Payments must be received on or before the due date or interest will be charged at a rate of 12% per annum. Please contact the Collector’s Office for updated interest due, if paying after the due date.
