Per Sec. 820 of the Revised Ordinances of the Town of North Kingstown:    'The Asset Management Commission shall be responsible for formulating a Capital Improvement Program and an Asset Protection Plan.  The program shall address projecting major expenditures needed to maintain existing municipal and school facilities and for projecting new public facilities.  The commission shall prioritize all projects and recommend funding sources for all expenditures.'
