constructing or excavating in the Town's right-of-way (R-O-W).
Sprinkler Heads/Underground
Fences/Shrubs/Landscaping:
Sprinkler systems,
underground fences, shrubs, plantings, et al, are to be set back
from the edge of the road a minimum of 5', possibly more, to avoid
being placed in the Town R-O-W. The Town is not responsible
for damage to any of these when placed in the R-O-W.
