All records
relating to this Permit, including the approved Storm Water Management
Program Plan (SWMPP) and Amendments, and all Annual Reports/supporting
documentation are available to the public and may be inspected, by
appointment, at the Public Works Department, 2050 Davisville Road, North
Kingstown, RI, during normal business hours,
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday -
Friday, except holidays.
Per IV.G of the
general permit, an Annual Report must be submitted for RIDEM for each year
