     The Town Manager, appointed by the Town Council for an indefinite term, is chosen by the Council based solely on executive and administrative qualifications and experience. The Town Manager is the chief executive and administrative officer of the Town.

• Responsible to Council for proper administration of affairs of Town.

• Required to see that laws and ordinances are enforced.

• Responsible for conduct and performance of  administrative functions and services, not imposed by Charter on another officer.

• Advises Council  of financial condition and future needs of Town.
