SITE INVESTIGATION REPORTS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW

 In accordance with the RI Department of Environmental Management Rules and Regulations for the Investigation and Remediation of Hazardous Material Releases site investigation activities, including sampling and analysis of soils has been conducted at the following locations: 

• Forge Road Standpipe, Forge Road, North Kingstown (AP 171, Lots 7, 8 & 16; AP 172, Lot 16)
• Juniper Hill Standpipe, Standpipe Lane, North Kingstown (AP 119, Lots 4, 5, & 6; AP 116, Lots 158, 159, & 160)
• Saunderstown Standpipe, Snuff Mill Road, Saunderstown (AP 41, Lots 7 & 10)

The RI Department of Environmental Management has deemed the investigation of lead impacts to soils from the lead-based coating systems at these sites complete.  Copies of the Site Investigation Reports for onsite and offsite properties are available for review at the North Kingstown Free Library, 100 Boone St., North Kingstown, RI 02852 and the North Kingstown Town Hall (Water Department), 80 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
